About the District

Land Area: 3.4 square miles
Population: 18,000
Areas Served: City of Sausalito, unincorporated areas within the District's boundaries including Marin City. On a contract basis with Tamalpais Community Services District (TCSD) (which includes Muir Woods National Monument) and the National Park Service (Forts Baker, Barry and Cronkhite, Marine Mammal Center, and Cavallo Point Resort).
Services: Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment.
